Attention
We take pride in our plants and we spend much effort and time in preparing and
packing the plants for air shipment. The plants are delivered to the airline in excellent
condition and generally arrive in very good condition. However, we have no control
over the handling of the package after it is delivered for shipment and cannot be held
responsible for any damage that occurs after we deliver the package to the airline.
It is the customer’s and/or the custom broker’s responsibility to inspect the plants
before they are removed from the airline’s control. If any damage is found, the airline’s
representative should be asked to sign and acknowledge the damage.
Photographs should also be taken to document the extent of the damage. Unless
these steps are taken, the airlines will not accept responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur while the plants are not under
our control, nor can we file a claim with the airline. Should any damage occur, it will be
the responsibility of the customer to file a claim.
Important! Check or have your agent check the condition of the package
and theplants before accepting the package.
